Terms of Use
These terms set the rules for using MIALI, its AI wellness features, and its paid memberships.
Effective August 5, 20261. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and JD Cleaning LLC, doing business as JD STR Solutions, the operator of MIALI. By creating an account or using MIALI, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 19 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information and for activity under your account.
2. Wellness service—not medical care
MIALI provides educational wellness, nutrition-organization, meal-planning, and habit-support information. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure disease and does not replace a physician, registered dietitian, therapist, emergency service, or other licensed professional.
AI outputs and photo-based nutrition estimates can be incomplete or wrong. Ingredient amounts, hidden ingredients, allergens, cross-contact, medical suitability, and exact calories cannot be confirmed from a photo. Review outputs and use your judgment.
Activity energy, steps, sleep, workout, and other phone or wearable values are estimates that may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, or inaccurate. MIALI uses them for general wellness trends, not diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, medical clearance, or an exact calorie deficit.
Do not use MIALI for an emergency. Contact local emergency services or an appropriate medical professional for urgent concerns.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and update it when it changes.
- Seek professional guidance before making material diet, hydration, medication, pregnancy, eating-disorder, allergy, kidney, heart, or other health-related changes.
- Stop activity and seek urgent help for chest pressure, severe or unusual shortness of breath, fainting, new one-sided weakness, confusion, or another possible emergency.
- Protect your sign-in credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
- Do not submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or dangerous content.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, bypass security, resell, or misuse MIALI.
4. Movement, connected health, and daily insights
MIALI may suggest general exercise, movement, recovery, and habit options using profile answers and available activity trends. A routine is not individualized medical care and cannot establish that an activity is safe for a particular condition. Safety answers may pause automatic recommendations and direct you to a qualified professional.
Apple Health and Health Connect are optional third-party platform features available only through a compatible native MIALI app. You control operating-system permissions. Data may be absent when access is denied, a device is not worn, a source is delayed, or synchronization fails; MIALI must not treat missing data as a negative result.
MIALI does not automatically add exercise calories to a food target. It may offer a reversible lighter or shorter option from available trends, but changes to calories, diet, training load, duration, impact, or intensity require your approval. Daily observations describe patterns and do not diagnose a sleep, metabolic, cardiovascular, or other condition.
5. Memberships and billing
MIALI Free may be used without a payment card and currently includes three meal or restaurant-menu analyses and three AI Coach questions per day. A restaurant-menu batch of up to three photos counts as one analysis. Daily limits renew automatically. Other Free features remain available after an AI limit is reached.
MIALI Unlimited is optional and currently costs $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year, plus applicable taxes. It removes the daily AI limits while the subscription is active; temporary security or repeated-failure protections still apply. New Unlimited purchases are charged when confirmed and renew automatically until canceled; legacy trials already in progress remain governed by the terms shown when they began.
The base price for the plan selected at checkout stays locked while that same subscription remains continuously active. If the subscription ends or you change plans, a later subscription or plan change uses the price shown at that time. Taxes may vary.
Stripe processes payments and shows the final amount before confirmation. You authorize the recurring charge shown at checkout. Prices, promotions, and eligibility may change prospectively for new, restarted, or changed subscriptions without changing the base price of an eligible continuously active Launch Special subscription.
Cancellation details are in the Cancellation Policy. Deleting the app from a device does not cancel a membership.
6. Ownership and license
MIALI, its design, software, recipes, curated content, branding, and underlying materials are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the service for your own lawful wellness purposes.
You retain rights in information you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and use that information to operate, secure, and improve the requested service as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Shopping through Instacart
If the Instacart handoff is available and you choose Shop on Instacart, MIALI sends the grocery item names and quantities you selected to create an Instacart-hosted shopping page. You then choose a store, review product matches, prices, package sizes, availability, substitutions, taxes, fees, pickup or delivery options, sign in, and pay directly through Instacart.
Instacart is a separate service governed by its own terms and privacy policy. MIALI does not control or guarantee Instacart product matches, prices, availability, substitutions, fulfillment, refunds, or service availability. Review the cart before placing an order.
8. Availability and account action
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may limit or terminate access for fraud, abuse, security risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, or material violation of these Terms. We will use reasonable efforts to protect legitimate account data and provide notice when appropriate.
9. Disclaimers and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MIALI is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or decisions based on AI output. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to paid MIALI service will not exceed the amount you paid for MIALI during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
10. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, while preserving any nonwaivable consumer rights that apply where you live.
We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
